    As the Operations Finance Sr Analyst you will support the objectives of the Accounting department while assisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well as operational responsibilities for the units you are supporting.

    COMPENSATION : The salary rate for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

    Job Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plans and implements systems and processes to improve growth of business unit and company.

    • Establishes working rapport with business partners across the company.

    • Coordinates with District Manager and/or Director of Hospitality teams to improve financial growth of business unit.

    • Prepares statistical analyses of plans and financial results; prepares management reports.

    • Coordinates with Shared Services (Global Field Financials, Insight, etc.) to ensure that business transactions are properly recorded.

    • Prepares and forecasts annual budget, capital expenditure, and operating costs and presents it to senior management for approval.

    • Determines profitable opportunities for business unit and implements processes and systems to achieve higher profits.

    • Implements processes to improve quality of operations, manage cash flow, and generate finance reports within the prescribed timeline. .

    • Produces timely and accurate monthly financial statements.

    • Maintains a continuous improvement system of financial controls and policies and procedures, including location audits and contracted yearly CPA audits.

    • Performs and reviews monthly reconciliations, including production of monthly financial reports.

    Qualifications

    Technical Knowledge and key attributes:

    • 3 ? 5 years? experience in service industry combined with a system driven approach to credit control

    • Have very good knowledge of Excel (crucial)

    • Have experience of working with Oracle System ? this would be an advantage

    • Possess relevant or related financial qualification

    • Have good interpersonal and communication skills

    • Are self-motivated

    • Have excellent phone manner (crucial)
