    Summary:

    As a key member of the Operations team, the Operations Data Analytics Manager supports business partners through defining key performance metrics and developing reports/dashboards that provide actionable insights into quality, productivity, and service level effectiveness. This exciting role provides the opportunity to be a critical part of a growing team that is driving our company's capabilities into the future. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, excellent data analysis and reporting expertise, and the ability to develop trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. An understanding of data systems, technology platforms, banking, regulatory requirements, and data tools will be important attributes for success.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Directly responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data analytics and reporting program for Operations that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

    • Build, develop, and lead team that engages with stakeholders across Operations to provide reporting that is consistent, timely, accessible, and includes actionable insights

    • Partner closely with enterprise technology and data enablement teams to ensure that important operational data is accessible

    • Collaborate with lines of business to identify and address reporting and analytics challenges

    • Develop a high performing team focused on building strong analytical, data strategy, research and business skill sets while sustaining employee engagement and retention.

    • Develop and deliver training to educate the team on data analysis best practices and to assist stakeholders/end users on report navigation

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in data science/analytics, business administration, information technology, or a related discipline required, master's degree preferred.

    • 5-7 years of experience in data analytics/business intelligence; experience as a senior analyst or leader preferred

    • Strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience on data risks, data management, quality assurance, metrics/reporting and stakeholder management is required

    • Proven experience in developing and implementing data analytics programs with significant banking experience preferred

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Must be proactive, deadline oriented, analytical, and have a strong work ethic

    • Ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization

    • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook

    • Experience with Data Querying Tools (SQL, SAS, etc.). Able to write queries, work across multiple databases and aggregate

    • Experience with data organization, dashboard automation, reporting and presentation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Monarch, etc.).

    Hours :

    • Monday - Friday

    • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
