    OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

    Sautter Crane Rental is looking for a highly motivated and effective professional. This Coordinator role will support financial and operational functions within the company. The Coordinator directly reports to the Operations Manager and will be based out of our Headquarters in Northeast Philadelphia, PA.     Responsibilities

    • Perform high volume billing functions and ensure complete accuracy and timeliness.

    • Verify work and labor hours submitted from timesheets compared to time recorded in software system.

    • Prepare monthly management reports as well as account analysis.

    • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.

    • Train to be the "expert" for the software system, NexGen, a program made by Fleet Cost and Care. This includes maintaining files and generating reports in NexGen.

    • Analyze fleet utilization, telematics reports (fleet GPS), expense reports, procurement processes and make recommendations for improvement to management.

    • Manage employee information, certifications and qualification files.

    • Ensure all field employees have the proper job tickets and they are completed in the time required.

    • Provides field sales and support to included new customer applications/credit applications, pricing requests, finance and insurance assistance.

    • Collaborates in a fast-paced environment with all team members.

    • Interacts with other departments to ensure continued support of the sales objectives and customer satisfaction.

    • Work closely with the operations manager to coordinate delivery of service for smooth crane scheduling.

    • Provide office/administrative support to the sales team.

    • Perform ad hoc duties as determined by the Operations Manager and/or President.

    Required Skills

    • 3 - 5 years of accounting experience and business administrative duties.

    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Action oriented and full of energy to seek new challenges but remains focused on attainable and measurable improvements.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Preferred Skills

    • Crane and/ or equipment rental experience preferred, but not required.

    • Experience with NexGen (Fleet Cost and Care) software preferred, but not required.

    • College degree not required but valued.

    Physical Requirements

    • Regularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time.

    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

    • Frequently required to walk and sit

    • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs

    • Expected to work in a moderately loud level of volume environment.
