    We are looking for a talented Operations Business Manager to join our team onsite at our Rocky Mountain Engine Plant (RMEP) in Whitakers, NC .

    In the Operations Business Manager role, you will provide manufacturing leadership for a small or medium-sized plant, shift, or department. You will manage multiple shifts of an assembly line, fabrication, or machining operation, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Provide manufacturing leadership focused on driving results and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

    • Create and monitor measures to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

    • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff.

    • Lead the development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and other key measurements for manufacturing operations.

    • Manage, coach, and develop staff, setting goals for training, performance, and career planning.

    • Provide motivation and foster a positive work environment to enhance team engagement and productivity.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Experience

    • College, university, or equivalent degree required.

    • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    • Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.
