  • The Department of Neurology at the University of Virginia seeks applicants for an open-rank faculty position for its Neuro-Oncology program. Rank and tenure status are commensurate with training and experience. We have a multidisciplinary, highly integrated program focusing on brain and spinal cord tumors that involves medical and surgical neuro-oncologists, neuropsychologists, radiation specialists, neuropathologists, and neuroradiologists. In addition to providing state of the art treatment, when appropriate we offer clinical trials for malignant or refractory brain tumors.

    Candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD, DO or other equivalent terminal degree, and be board-certified or board-eligible at the time of hire. Specialized fellowship training in a related field is strongly preferred.
