We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Online Sales Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. As an
Online Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing online listings, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers across various digital platforms, including our website, marketplaces (e.g., Facebook Marketplace), and social media channels.
The Ideal Candidate will:- Manage online product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search.
- Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product recommendations via phone, chat, email, and messaging systems or e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and positive reviews.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve customer experience and suggest improvements in product offerings or services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor pricing, and online marketing strategies.
- Create and manage promotions, discounts, and special offers on digital platforms to drive sales and boost customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop online ad campaigns, social media posts, and email marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and updates to stock levels.
- Track orders from online sales to delivery, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales volume, revenue) to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- Use analytics tools to optimize online sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
What you need:- 1 year of sales experience with proven track record of competitive sales success
- Experience with Facebook Marketplace or other marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, product listings optimization, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online sales tools (familiarity with Google Analytics and other social media management tools is a plus)
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize strategies for growth.
