Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant to become a part of our team and provide care in Oncology. Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Northern Minnesota.
POSITION: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantProvide consultation, diagnosis, treatment and follow up care of cancer patients in an outpatient setting under the supervision of an oncologist. Facilitate Survivorship program at Grand Itasca. Provide leadership as clinical director of the Infusion Center. Develops and leads support groups for oncology patients and family members. Provides consultation to lay groups and other healthcare professionals in the community.

Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital has 10,000 to 12,000 patient visits per month. The primary service area of the clinic includes roughly 50,000 people. In the local and surrounding community, Grand Itasca is the dominant provider of primary health care services. A long tradition of providing excellent service in Family Practice and Internal Medicine has positioned the Clinic for its expansion into secondary care specialties. Grand Rapids is three hours from Minneapolis and 90 minutes from Duluth.
