Join Our Talent Solutions Team as a Senior Diversity Sourcer!
Location: Abbott Park, IL
Are you ready to make an impact by shaping the future of recruitment and diversity? We're seeking a Senior Diversity Sourcer to lead the charge in sourcing and generating top talent for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions' clients. In this pivotal role, you'll design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract exempt and non-exempt candidates across various positions. You'll also support a team of recruiters while ensuring that diverse, qualified candidates are always ready to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft Tailored Sourcing Strategies : Design innovative, job-specific sourcing plans using diverse tools and creative techniques.
Build a Diverse Talent Pipeline : Leverage research, networking, database mining, and complex internet searches to create a steady stream of qualified candidates.
Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools : Engage the latest technical resources to find the best candidates across all levels.
Manage Sourcing Channels : Build and maintain strong referral sources and other sourcing platforms to maximize results.
Document and Share Best Practices : Capture your sourcing strategies and share them with the recruiting team to help them stay ahead of the curve.
Training and Development : Coach team members on new sourcing platforms, blogs, and networking sites.
Collaborate with Recruiters : Work closely with recruiters to assess gaps and develop strategies to fill those challenging roles.
Job Requisitions and Descriptions : Assist in developing and refining job requisitions and descriptions to clarify the competencies needed.
ATS Maintenance : Keep our applicant tracking system up-to-date, ensuring an organized and efficient candidate management process.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3-5+ years of experience in DEI sourcing.
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Roseland, Chicago.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-Haves :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Proven success in sourcing strategies for diverse positions across multiple geographies.
Expertise in utilizing social media and Internet strategies to identify both passive and active candidates.
Proficient in conducting competitive and demographic analysis for recruitment.
Strong project management skills, with experience executing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruiting technologies and tools.
Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits :
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
Incentive : Not incentive eligible
