On-Call Catering Team Member - Getwell Rd

Flexible Schedule based on Confirmed Delivery Orders

Must be 18 years + with Valid Driver's License and Good Driving Record

• Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the Kitchen Leader
• Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
• Deliver catering orders on time
• Complete all the set-up on site for the Guest
• Put all catering related items away upon return to the store
• Cash out the catering order upon delivery
• Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform our Inventory Manager of ordering needs
• Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service
• Make necessary decisions to honor our commitment to our Guests

• Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
• Work closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the Restaurant has all food and paper goods needed to prepare upcoming catering orders.
• Ensure the catering equipment and catering area in the Restaurant are clean and organized.
• Ensure all catering products are temperature compliant
