    I. Job Summary

    Supervises the day-to-day activities of office employees and functions.

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

    Provides day-to-day supervision and support to clerical staff. Delegates tasks and monitors workflow.

    Develops, documents and implements work methods and procedures as approved by appropriate manager.

    Oversees one or more clerical processes including: billing processes, purchase orders, Visa orders, P-Card reconciliation, data entry, software updates, and office machine maintenance.

    Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures.

    Compiles reporting requirements. Develops, analyzes, and submits reports and data.

    Supervises team work processes and procedures and expenses, and supports programs which drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.

    Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.

    Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.

    III. Supervisory Responsibilities

    The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees. This includes:

    Direct supervision of 2-3 full-time employees including: Operation Specialist and Scalehouse Attendants.

    IV. Qualifications

    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

    The salary range for this position is $60,270 - $86,869 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.

    A. Education and Experience

    Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

    Experience: Four years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

    B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

    None required.

    C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

    Office management, customer service, and computer software experience required.
