    Description:

    Coordinates and performs all the secretarial and clerical duties for the Case Management department.

    St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Case Management team!

    Shift:

    Full Time, 40hrs/wk. Monday-Friday, days.

    :

    Coordinates and performs all secretarial and clerical duties for the Quality Management Department.

    • Putting together and sending out the daily assignment and weekend assignment

    • Faxing dialysis referrals and updated flowsheets

    • Ordering office supplies

    • Reserving office spaces for meetings and in-services as well as sending out communications.

    • Daily discharge and occupancy summary logs

    • Triaging fax and phone lines

    • Entering department on call schedule

    • Sorting office mail

    • Mailing code 44 and 12X letters

    • Assigning and updating weekly rotations

    • Ordering and tracking wound VAC's

    • Managing department phone tree

    • -Providing Epic CareLink access to vendors when approved.

    Requirements

    • HS Diploma

    • At least 1yr of experience
