    We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the bustling city of San Francisco, California, for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant. You'll be diving into the telecom industry, working onsite in an office environment, and handling a variety of administrative tasks that keep the gears of our organization turning smoothly.

    Responsibilities

    • Setting up and coordinating office meetings to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.

    • Greeting guests professionally, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

    • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.

    • Organizing lunches for team members or meetings, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.

    • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

    • Ensuring the office environment is kept tidy and presentable at all times.

    • Utilizing your skills in Office Administration to maintain an organized workspace.

    • Leveraging your experience in Event Coordination to manage company events, both internal and external.

    • Working standard office hours with a shift time of 8 am to 4 pm.

    • Adhering to the company's dress code policy for onsite employees.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in office administration tasks, including managing files, setting appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

    • Experience in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues promptly.

    • Ability to coordinate events, ranging from small meetings to larger corporate gatherings.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
