Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-term Care

Location: Fountainview Care Center - Mishawaka, IN (~~~/)

Pay: up to $50 per hour (based on experience/location)

Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
