    Position Overview:

    As an OB Hospitalist you will be an integral member of our Kaiser Permanente Labor and Delivery team in Portland. You should be board-certified or eligible, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have experience with high-risk obstetric care and operative vaginal delivery.

    $341,600 to $444,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value 

    • Salary: $273,600 to $333,700

    • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

    • 90%+ employer paid health plan

    • Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance

    • PSLF Eligible

    In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:

    • Relocation allowance - up to $15K
