District Overview
Kiewit's Northwest District is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. We primarily perform heavy civil projects specializing in earth moving, transportation, roadways, water resources, and underground utilities. We are looking for hard working individuals with a passion for construction who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty! Our current opportunities are spread across the entire west coast including Alaska and Hawaii.

Responsibilities
Maintain/update office seating chart and phone list
Answer phone - direct calls to proper person/department
Track equipment inventory (Cars/trucks/van pool cars)
Maintain office supply inventory -Staples office supply orders
Mail/FedEx/UPS - Prepare Shipments going out/Distribute incoming mail
Maintain keyfobs for employees
Coordinate w/ Janitorial, Building Maintenance, Coffee Service & Shred-it
Konica copier maintenance and supplies
Cubicle, phone, office setup & cleaning
Distribute mail, packages other employee items
Schedule conference rooms
Keep conference room & kitchen area clear and organized
Schedule Catering for Meetings
Data entry & Doc Control for Safety and Business Departments
Other department special projects as needed
Qualifications
Prior administrative support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment
Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations
Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed
Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent ability to multitask
Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials
Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Base Compensation: $48,000/yr - $57,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
