    Avera is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

    Job Summary

    The Nurse Practitioner is accountable for the provision of primary health care and medical management of patients.

    Education and/or Experience

    • Graduate of a National League of Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing required.

    • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required.

    Certification, Licensure, and/or Registrations

    • Required upon hire

    • State of Minnesota Registered Nurse license

    • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification through the Minnesota Board of Nursing

    • Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license

    • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification

    Work Schedule

    • Varied Shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

    • Every 4 th weekend/holiday/on-call
