Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Syracuse, NY!

We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our top-tier health organization where our mission is to provide exceptional healthcare to underserved communities.

You will be responsible for providing general medical care to children, adults, and elderly individuals in underserved communities. This role offers a unique hybrid setup, allowing for a mix of remote and in-person work.

Requirements:

• Certified and registered as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• AANP or ANCC certification (for NPs)

• Medicare and Medicaid license numbers

• Passion for serving underserved communities

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Ability to work in a hybrid model with remote and in-person responsibilities

• Typical hours: 8/9 am - 4 pm

• Very limited on-call responsibilities

Salary:

• Competitive and negotiable based on experience
