As an Advanced Practice Provider at our Maryland Parkway location, you'll serve a geriatric population with opportunities to impact their health every day. We are seeking an approachable, genuine, and collaborative health partner who provides personalized experiences for people who need it the most. Because healthy is having all your needs met, not just medical treatment, you'll have a supportive team and plenty of resources to help you help our patients stay healthy. • You will practice at Maryland Parkway Senior Primary Care Clinic

• Your hours will be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts during clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm

• You will see approximately 16 patients per day

• No call required

• This position includes a $25,000 Hero stipend for serving the community at this location

• This position also includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus

What you'll bring:

• Unrestricted Nevada NP or PA license

• Current Nevada DEA certificate required prior to start date

• Current Nevada Pharmacy Board license required prior to start date

• Current BLS

• A minimum of two years of experience in Primary Care as an APP required

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

Preferences

• A minimum of four years of experience in Primary Care as an APP

• Fluency in medical Spanish

• Experience in managed care and/or geriatric care

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$54.84 - $84.63
