Job Description:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing physical examinations, and promoting preventive health measures.

Details:

• Location: Limon, CO

• Start: ASAP, or upon completion of credentialing

• Schedule: 10 hour shifts | Weekdays | Typical Business Hours

• Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 ppd

Requirements:
