    About the Position:As a Nurse Practitioner in our orthopaedics specialty, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a talented practitioner who is passionate about orthopaedics and excels at providing both pre- and post-care. This full-time opportunity runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, offering you a balanced schedule that allows you to enjoy both your professional and personal life.

    For those interested in spending time in the operating room, this role also includes first assist duties, providing an excellent chance to expand your surgical skills. If you would like to serve as a first assist, RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) certification is required.

    What You’ll Do:In this role, you will conduct thorough orthopaedic evaluations, focusing on extremities and spinal care assessments. You will interpret MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans for our patients. Offering compassionate pre- and post-care is essential; you will provide the support and guidance needed as patients undergo orthopaedic procedures. In addition, as a first assist in the operating room, you will actively participate in surgeries, working alongside skilled surgeons to enhance patient outcomes. Collaboration is key in our practice, and you will work closely with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional orthopaedic care.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A valid NJ license/registry (required).
    • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School with at least 2 years of experience in the orthopaedics specialty.
    • Proven experience in providing pre- and post-care to patients in an orthopaedic setting.
    • The ability to read and interpret imaging studies such as MRIs and CT scans relevant to orthopaedics and spinal care.
    • RNFA certification if interested in first assist duties in the operating room.
