Short Description:

Supports, educates, and assists patients and their families, serving as a link to their doctors
and supportive services.

This position’s role is key in the implementation of multi-disciplinary care.

Rheumatology experience preferred.

Experience Required:

Nursing experience preferred and program development background a plus.

Education Requirements:

Associates Required, BSN preferred, MSN preferred,

License/Certification Requirements:

Current NJ-RN License or if working in an office in another state, that applicable state license
