    The Nurse Manager plays an integral role in the daily operations of the program by providing supervision to RN's and LPN's. This is a great opportunity to join a large health care system that's on the forefront of providing integrated care.

    The Danvers Treatment Center is a detoxification program dedicated to helping men and women by providing 24 hour nursing care to monitor an individual's withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process.

    The Nurse Manager's Responsibilities are:

    • Manage all nursing operations, including employee activities and quality of patient care

    • Provides direct supervision to Nurse Staff (RN's and LPN's)

    • Collaborates with the Program Director, Divisional Vice President and Chief Medical Officer to develop and revise policies, procedures, and clinical protocols for care of patients on Detox Unit

    • Recruit, build and maintain a team of talented nurse

    • Monitors compliance with budget, including staffing, scheduling, productivity analysis, and supply costs

    • Participates in staff meeting with program management, including: Program Director, Clinical Supervisor and Recovery Specialists Supervisor

    • Promote and maintain an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN Licensure

    • BLS certification

    • Four or more years related experience and/or training from an approved, accredited school of nursing

    Schedule: FT 40-hrs, Monday-Friday
