    The North America Learning Event Specialist provides end-to-end support for the delivery of onsite training programs, including faculty prep and coaching, material ordering, venue reservation and set up, AV support, catering, document services, floor operations support, breakout room facilitation and/or other services.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Build/Manage relationships and communications with senior stakeholders in all training locations, local offices and central training facility

    • Understand course content and advise on onsite needs and best in-class learning approaches

    • Coach faculty, at all career and experience levels, on facilitation skills that promote 'Durable Learning' principles and a 'Truly Human' learning environment

    • Ensure faculty are aligned with the sponsor's vision and objectives

    • Coach faculty to demonstrate learner centric mindset through pre session prep and everyday faculty prep

    • Walk faculty through necessary technology and session modalities and conduct practice as needed

    • Partner with faculty during the session and co-facilitate when needed

    • Provide "In the Moment" support feedback to faculty, ensuring learning objectives are met and the program has consistency across different sessions and/or classrooms

    • Provide a deep-dive of the entire learning program's 'show flow' before the session

    • Shape course content with insights regarding learner and faculty experience

    • Lead and monitor breakouts

    • Lead/Facilitate topics such as Social Styles, Inclusive Leadership, Design Thinking, Storytelling and those that require a learning coach to be the lead facilitator

    • Share post session observations / opportunities with other members of the support team about the learning environment and session engagement

    • Collaborate with Training Delivery Advisors (TDAs) and other individual teams to prepare venue requirements and associated services, and coordinate schedule for physical setup of training venue

    • Manage urgent escalations and troubleshoot to either solve issues and/or raise them to management

    *** Please note that this role requires schedule flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Additionally, this role requires up to 100% travel.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event support, event coordination, event planning and/or event vendor management

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth ~~~ accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

    California $63,200 to $134,300

    Colorado $63,200 to $116,000

    New York $58,500 to $134,300

    Washington $67,300 to $123,500
