NJ Litigation Attorney (Ins. Claims/Gen. Liability - REMOTE)

Description

In Florham Park (MORRIS COUNTY) NJ | Fully Remote Position: Our client - AmLaw practice, with over 1200 attorneys nationwide specializing in Environmental / Toxic Tort, Energy, Insurance and more - is searching for an Insurance Litigation Attorney, with General Liability experience, to support them on a fully remote, project basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be NJ-barred, and bring several years of true litigation exposure as role involves interfacing with opposing counsel, directing paralegals to work on discovery and writing the necessary motions. While many cases do not go to trial, trial exposure is a major plus for this role (given the writing / drafting component) and exposure to general liability, as well as product liability matters, claims and insurance carriers are significant aspects to the role. REQUIRED / IDEAL SKILLSET

• Ability to work remotely (viable home office/wifi & CPU setup, etc.)

• Bar licensure (active, in good standing) in NJ

• Proven experience in insurance litigation and personal injury law.

• Strong motion-drafting / writing ability
