Nights - Pediatric Homecare - LPN

Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a Pediatric patients in Freeport and Defuniak Springs, FL.

Case Needs

Location: Freeport, FL

Skills needed: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Trach, and Vent management, seizure monitoring, medication administration.

Hours :7:00pm-7:00am / 7:00am-7:00pm

Shifts: PRN days / 3-4 nights/wk (rotating weekends)

Pay is $34.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Location: Defuniak Springs, FL

Skills needed: Pediatrics, G-Tube, Apnea Monitor .

Hours : Mon-Fri 3:00pm-12:00am / Sat & Sun 8:00am-8:00pm

Shifts: Weekday evenings / Weekend days

Pay is $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
