New Graduate Rotational Program
Through our New Graduate Rotational Program, you will acquire the valuable hands-on skills and foundational experience to become the professional you are meant to be. You will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to meaningful projects, develop key skills and learn from a diverse group of leaders.
If you have just launched your career (with <2 years of professional experience) or expecting to graduate in early 2025, then this opportunity is for you!
As part of the program, successful candidates will participate in 3 rotations of 12 months. Rotational plans are designed to accelerate your personal and professional development.
Aerodynamic-Thermodynamic: Performing propulsion cycle analyses and developing engine performance models.
Control: Design and integrate control systems hardware and software for bench testing, and engine development programs.
Design : Design and integrate complex engine components with input from specialist organizations.
Development: Lead testing and build execution of development programs in support of engine certification.
Electrical: Design and implement the latest electrical sensing, control and data acquisition systems.
Structures, Fluid Systems & Dynamics: Create physics based analytical models in these domains to simulate engine behaviour, optimize designs, and predict component life.
Required qualifications:
Recently graduated (2023-2024) or expecting to graduate by May 2025 with a degree in Engineering
Enthusiasm and passionate about advanced aerospace propulsion system technologies
Eagerness to learn and grow within a diverse and inclusive team
A mindset of creativity and energetic drive to succeed
Knowledge of CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, such as CATIA and Ansys (an asset)
Bilingualism (an asset)
