Required Skills:

Network Engineer Responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy network automation systems and network performance improvements for our production network.

2. Build experience with Backbone, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure Engineering teams and their designs.

3. Develop and optimize tools used to secure network infrastructure, ensure integrity of device management actions, and authorize device level network access.

4. Develop automated methods to mitigate and remediate network sourced events.

5. Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes to service impacting events.

6. Be an active participant in deep technical discussions.

7. Develop and maintain security, reliability and efficiency within the network infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

1. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field, and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:

3. UNIX, TCP/IP, network fundamentals, or similar

4. Coding in at least one language (e.g. Python and C++)

5. Understanding network design and management concepts

6. Hands on operation and configuration of network devices

7. Proven network troubleshooting experience

Public Compensation:

$214,032/year to $240,240/year + bonus + equity + benefits
