    Description and Requirements

    As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you'll excite customers and help spark sales for Nespresso by engaging retail customers and making products stand out by providing amazing coffee samples.

    What will you do?

    • Excite customers by promoting Nespresso coffee products.

    • Share your expert Nespresso knowledge with customers and staff alike.

    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management.

    • Elevate the customer experience by providing coffee samples and demos of all Nespresso products.

    • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management.

    • Promote and leverage product promotions.

    • Work with multiple Nespresso trade partners at 1 to 3 store locations daily.

    How will you succeed?

    • Leveraging your passion for coffee and selling.

    • Demonstrating your strong communication and presentation skills.

    • Identifying creative solutions to drive sales.

    • Hands-on management support.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Retail Sales experience.

    • Engaging personality and comfortable approaching customers.

    • Part-time weekend availability.

    • Passion for coffee.

    • Reliable transportation to and from location (s).
