    Come and join our Resource Team! This position is great for Nursing students looking for a variety in their day.

    The Resource Team is a FLOAT position that allows you to see and experience multiple units and hospitals!

    Shifts: 7:00am-3:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm. Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.

    Job Summary

    The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period. The NA provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).     Qualifications

    High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

    Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

    If working in North Dakota (ND) or Minnesota (MN) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be on the NA Registry as a Nursing Assistant through the North Dakota Dept. of Health or through the Minnesota Dept. of Health within four months from the date of hire.
