Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. TheMulti Community Director, Affordable Housing will oversee operational and financial management of scattered site apartment communities within Pennsylvania. Desired candidate should be located in an area of Pennsylvania that can travel to McConnellsburg, Orbisonia, Three Springs and Breezewood on a daily basis, this is not a remote work position. We are considering both full-time and part-time work hours for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operation of the communities within territory.
• Manage maintenance teams.
• Processing applications.
• Customer service.
• Data entry - Yardi experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and paperwork processing.
• Great customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation - This is a travelling position.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus, but not required.
• Prior Affordable Housing experience is a plus, but not required.
• PA Real Estate license is a plus, but not required.
