Our organization seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Software Engineer with comprehensive experience in the deployment of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate must have a seasoned background in software engineering and substantial understanding of the mobile application development process. We value innovative thinkers who are not just able to build but can also consult, guide, and coach our client's team on appropriate practices around mobile testing environments.

The role: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be fundamentally responsible for designing, coding, and modifying applications, from layout to function and according to clients' specifications. You will spearhead the development and deployment of mobile applications covering iOS and Android platforms. The Senior Software Engineer is in charge of refining system performance and functionality as well as associating with the development team to discuss needs and devise viable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in utilizing advanced knowledge of mobile application development and software design to manage reporting systems, APIs, and other tools.

• Collaborate with our clients and development team to recognize and prioritize components of the software application.

• Develop and maintain high quality code base, consistently delivering challenging, stable and maintainable projects on schedule.

• Play an advisory role, coaching our client's team on best practices related to mobile environment testing.

• Sync up with our technical team in discussing, planning and implementing different strategies to deliver quality applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Advanced software engineering experience exemplified in deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes is considered beneficial.

• Excellent knowledge of validation and testing protocols related to mobile applications.

• Exceptional ability to collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Prior experience in a comparable advisory or coaching role.

• Must be able to deliver on a 3-month contract period.
