    CACI's SAFFIRE team is at the forefront of developing and operating state-of-the-art of Geospatial Intelligence analysis software. The SAFFIRE team builds and maintains an exceptionally powerful platform enabling our users to address challenging real-world problems by converting disparate data into actionable information. We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to create actionable intelligence from the massive volumes of Geospatial Intelligence data to give our intel and combat organizations the decision advantage over our near-peer adversaries.

    Responsibilities:

    As Mission Domain SME, you will be working closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure that user needs are properly prioritized and executed. You will reside at a factory location, bringing your operational experience and related mission expertise to support the development of the SAFFIRE tool suite for IC and DoD intelligence analysts. You will be a key member of the leadership team, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government's most critical missions, and utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and SecDevOps.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a user proxy for mission users as part of the Solution management team

    • Work with Government and users to prioritize epics within the backlog

    • Work with team product owners and product management to align features and stories with solution level objectives

    • Proactively engage agile teams and release trains to ensure understanding of the mission user experience

    • Drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle

    • Work with the product team to develop concepts, identify creative solutions to user requests and assess feasibility of these solutions

    • Support virtual and in person testing, demonstration, training events with users

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • An active and current Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance and polygraph preferred

    • GEOINT mission domain experience in the IC or DoD (15+ years)

    • Experience in Structured Object Management, Object-Based Production and Activity-Based Intelligence

    • Experience working agile programs at the team, program or solution level managing capability epics, features and stories (3+ years)

    • Experience working requirements management (3+ years)

    • Prior experience with Agile Development and/or Scrum

    Desired:

    • Experience as a Geospatial Analyst

    • Experience with Structured Object Management (SOM)

    • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

    • Experience with Flexible Content Management Services (FCMS), Atlas, SOM-C and/or WATCHMAN

    The proposed salary range for this position is

    $86,800-$191,000
