    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental engineers, water treatment engineers, scientists, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

    • Engage with regulators, Indigenous communities, and local stakeholders to ensure transparent and respectful communication throughout project lifecycles.

    • Conduct field oversight, ensuring safety compliance, environmental protection, and the execution of reclamation plans.

    • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

    • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff, fostering the development of AECOM's next generation of environmental leaders.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., civil, geological, environmental) or environmental sciences (e.g., geology, biology, ecology).

    • 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in mining reclamation, environmental remediation, or a directly relevant similar field.

    • Proven experience in site reclamation, including development of reclamation plans, site assessments, and land use planning.
