    The Microsoft Solutions Specialist is the subject matter expert for SHI's Microsoft customers. The Microsoft Solutions Specialistidentifiescustomer needs and requirements and recommendsappropriate solutionsfor Microsoft products. Therefore, we look to expand our Microsoft Solutions team by adding an experienced resource to manage and improve our current performance in the following areas: CSP and EA management, SHI Professional and Managed Services, and new customer acquisition.

    This position is a hybrid position that reports to Austin, TX asrequiredfor business needs asdeterminedby SHI management.

    Responsibilities

    Include, but not limited to:

    • Primary focus on acquisition sales of Microsoft CSP and Enterprise Agreements.

    • Support sales with customer engagements as the Microsoft subject matter expert.

    • Manage ongoing customer engagement on upcoming Microsoft milestones, including but not limited to renewal agreements and yearlytrue-ups.

    • Works with customers todetermineideal business outcomes and position SHI professional and managed service offerings.

    • Working knowledge of the core Microsoft products, licensing strategies, and all operational aspects of Microsoft Enterprise Enrollments (i.e., contracts, order processing, MSLI, MLS analysis, etc.).

    • Continuing education on current and new product technology and Microsoft-specific offerings and programs.

    • Assistsin training SHI Sales teams on Microsoft products & programs and how customers canbenefitfrom using their core products.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

    • 1+ years of sales experience

    Certifications Required

    • Achievement of MCP and Azure Fundamentals certifications (within90 daysof hire)

    • Preferred:

    • MS-900

    • AZ-900

    Additional Information

    • This position'sestimated annual pay range is $70,000 - $150,000,includinga base salary andcommission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.Benefits may include but are not limited to medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
