    Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

    Summary

    Leads department activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the department and organization. Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with department leadership and key stakeholders, such as clinical and operational team leaders.

    Responsibilities

    • Leads the development and execution of human-centered experience design strategies:Develops and implements plans and programs that prioritize equitable access, cultural humility, and improved health outcomes, aligning with the organization's mission and behavior standards. This includes collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to co-design and implement interventions, while leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to identify gaps, measure impact, and inform decisions.

    • Fosters collaboration and alignment across the organization:Partners with organizational development leaders to ensure consistent messaging and training that reinforces the principles of experience design. Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to integrate human-centered design approaches that address diverse patient needs and lived experiences.

    • Champions a data-driven and patient-centric approach:Leads the use of qualitative data-gathering methods, such as interviews, focus groups, and journey mapping, to deeply understand patients' unique perspectives and co-create solutions that promote equity and improved outcomes.

    • Cultivates a high-performing and inclusive team environment:Oversees staff relations and performance management, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and accountability within the experience design team. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed and taking appropriate, patient-centered and equity-focused actions.

    • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.

    • Required Licensure/Certification: None required.

    • Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
