    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

    • Provide training and instruction to production employees in classroom and hands-on settings both at the Training Center and in-plant.

    • Consult with various departments on training needs. Lead in the update and development of training programs to support the employee experience.

    • Manage projects with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    • Facilitate plant tours for internal and external customers.

    • Support the technical experience program within the plants.

    • Support daily training operations within the Training Center by facilitating demonstrative performance competency modules, lift truck training, hands-on technical training, and instructor led courses.

    • Prepare and facilitate internal and external plant tours. Cross train other individuals on how to facilitate tours. Develop content to support plant tours with future growth and direction.

    • Work with manufacturing training management and staff to ensure training procedures and methods across manufacturing plants are sustained.

    • Provide in-plant trainers with leadership and technical training on a reoccurring basis. Participate in researching and developing best practices.

    • Develop curriculums to support plant processes.

    • Retain current certifications; attain needed certificates for each area of specialty.

    • Attend educational workshops to promote self-development.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2-4 years related experience

    • High school graduate or equivalent

    • Occasional travel (0-5%)

    • Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)

    • Job requires employee to drive a lift truck

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associates Degree or Technical Certificate and three to five years of experience.

    • Flexibility in shift and location schedules on an as-needed basis to support manufacturing training in a variety of plants and shifts. Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.

    • Effective public speaking, written, and communication skills.

    • Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.

    • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups in technical areas ofGeometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Measurement, Print Reading, and Math.

    • Lift Truck Training, hands on expertise in assigned areas of specialty.
