Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Production Operations:

• Oversee the daily operations of the metal production department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

• Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

• Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
