Membership Representative

HealthFitness is looking for a part-time (10-20 hours/week) Membership Representative to join our team at the West Clermont HealthPlex in Batavia, Ohio (OH). In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Schedule: Nights and rotating weekends.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.

• Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and General Manager.

• Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.

• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

• Other duties as-assigned/assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.

• A passion for helping people live healthier lives.

• Ability to be a team player and work well with others.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).

Compensation: $13 - $16/Hour plus commission opportunities. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
