    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. This position can be performed remotely or in our office, providing flexibility for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
    • Assist members with account maintenance and troubleshooting
    • Process member transactions and requests
    • Provide information about products and services
    • Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of customer service experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
