    The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.CenterWell is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced - Medical Receptionist - who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great!

    Job Functions:

    • Welcomes patients and visitors

    • Assists patients with any needed requests/questions

    • Appointment Scheduling

    • Answering Incoming calls

    • Verification of Insurances

    • Collecting Patient Charges

    • Data Entry

    • Other Administrative duties as needed

    Location : CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at: 2900 Gallatin Pike North, Madison, TN 37115 . This position is based out of our center in Madison, TN however from time to time the Medical Receptionist may be required to support another Middle Tennessee center (mileage is reimbursable) .

    Requirement Qualifications:

    • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette

    • Team player with a positive attitude

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Attention to detail and highly organized

    • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Medical Terminology

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish

    • Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) specifically with ECW (eClinicalWorks)

    This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$31,900 - $43,900 per year
