Our Quality Technician position is a great opportunity to work for a Medical Device company with an excellent working environment that offers awards, recognition, and advancement opportunities to their employees!

We are looking for a sharp professional with these top 3 skills:

1. Hand tool/ caliber experience

2. Blueprint reading experience

3. CMM program experience

Pay: $22-$24/hr

Schedule: 1 st shift M-F 7a-5:30p

Quality Technician Daily Tasks :

• Set-up, adjust, align, and run complex inspection equipment including Coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

• Performs inspection per documented inspection plans and test methods.

• Develops control plans and inspection methods from estimates, engineering drawings and other specifications to determine acceptance and rejection criteria

• Supports failure investigations

• Participates in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Participates in the development and conduct of training for visual and dimensional inspections. Supports other Quality training as assigned.

• Assists with equipment and method qualifications

Quality Technician Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 years of Quality Tech experience

• Technical aptitude to work with calipers, microscopes, CMM equipment.

• Certified Quality Technician (ASQ-CQT) preferred!

• Understanding of GD&T principles
