As we continue to expand, we’re searching for a Medical Collections Specialist who brings expertise in Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), Workers’ Compensation (WC), and out-of-network medical billing.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team, focusing on the resolution of complex receivable issues and bringing accounts to a successful close. Your skills in detailed account reconciliations, resolving short payments, and recommending effective collection strategies will be key in maintaining our financial integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Negotiate with insurance providers and legal teams on out-of-network claims, particularly those related to PIP, MVA, and WC cases.
• Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations to resolve disputed balances and ensure timely payments.
• Initiate and maintain correspondence regarding delinquent accounts while monitoring potential problem accounts for resolution.
• Utilize proven collection techniques and strategies to meet collection goals.
• Research and resolve short payments, ensuring that all accounts are accurately balanced.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in medical billing, a deep understanding of medical terminology, and experience working in both healthcare and legal environments. If you’ve successfully handled PIP, MVA, WC claims and have a history of optimizing out-of-network medical billing collections, you’re exactly who we need!
