In this role, you will lead a talented billing team, leveraging your expertise in orthopaedics, podiatry, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) to drive results. You’ll assess and adjust current processes to ensure we consistently meet our monthly goals, fostering a culture of accountability and success. Your experience in personnel management, combined with a keen understanding of KPIs, will be crucial in guiding your team to excellence. You’ll provide training and mentorship, ensuring each member is equipped to meet the high standards of our practice and surgery center.
