What You’ll Do:
As a vital part of our billing team, you’ll manage out-of-network medical billing, focusing on MVAPIP, and WC claims. You’ll generate and submit electronic claims, ensure accuracy, resolve billing queries, and process refund requests. You’ll prepare and submit appeals for denied claims, working closely with insurance companies to recover payment and ensure claims are paid promptly. Your expertise in out-of-network billing, particularly with MVAPIP, and WC cases, will be essential to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit electronic claims and correct errors to ensure accurate data transmission.
• Manage MVAPIP, and WC claims, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
• Resolve billing queries, process refunds, and prepare collection letters as needed.
• Submit appeals and supporting documentation to insurance companies for denied claims.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in out-of-network medical billing, specifically with MVAPIP, and WC cases
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
