Medical Assembler

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Medical Assembler to join their team. As a Medical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Job Title: Medical Assembler

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, and related medical device assemblies.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation for cell operations and functions.

• Communicate effectively with manufacturing management regarding ideas, problems, and solutions.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

• Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues.

What's Needed?

• Must have at least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assembler

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures and follow verbal instructions.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Capability to handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
