Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media and Paid Search Strategy & Deployment Manager commutable to Chadds Ford, PA 4x a week. You will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of paid social media and search marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage effective paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of data-driven social media advertising strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Platform Management: Manage paid campaigns across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to ensure that paid social ads are optimized with compelling copy, creative assets, and calls to action.
A/B Testing: Implement and monitor A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance and continuously improve KPIs (engagement, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per action/conversion).
Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Team on social media campaigns reports, analyzing results, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for optimization.
Paid Search Strategy & Management:
Search Campaign Strategy: Lead and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Bing campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy creation, and campaign performance monitoring.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize paid search campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, focusing on improving Quality Score, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across paid search and social media channels, ensuring effective spend and adherence to financial guidelines.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify new opportunities for campaign success.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the content, design, and analytics teams to create and implement effective campaigns that align with overarching marketing strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients on campaign progress, budget, and performance metrics.
Campaign Alignment: Ensure paid search and social strategies align with the overall brand messaging, product launches, and promotional activities.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends in social media and search marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative, effective, and compliant with platform policies.
Tool Proficiency: Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing paid social media and search campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role.
Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Analytics & Reporting: Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools to drive decision-making.
Creativity & Optimization: Strong understanding of ad copywriting, creative asset development, and A/B testing.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively to drive engagement through compelling paid campaigns.
Leadership: Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small teams is a plus.
