  • Job Title: Mechanical Designer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to work on a large construction project involving multiple data centers. The role involves using Building Information Modeling (BIM) regularly to draft and assemble design components, including circulatory piping. You will review blueprints to determine customer requirements and consult with assemblers regarding schematics. Additionally, you will work closely with engineers to discuss and interpret design concepts and determine the requirements for detailed work drawings.

    Responsibilities

    • Use BIM software to draft and assemble design components, including circulatory piping.

    • Review blueprints to determine customer requirements and provide consultation on schematics.

    • Collaborate with engineers to discuss and interpret design concepts.

    • Determine requirements for detailed work drawings.

    Essential Skills

    • Proficiency in Revit with at least 2 years of experience.

    • Experience with BIM for at least 2 years.

    • Electrical/Mechanical experience, particularly in HVAC and commercial design.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD with at least 3 years of experience in drafting/designing in the mechanical/electrical MEP industry.

    Work Environment

    You will be working on a large construction site with a well-equipped trailer office setup. The company provides the latest software to ensure efficiency.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00
