Requirements:
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and repair
- Support experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.), but under supervision.
- Basic vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Perform general vehicle inspections and simple maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and battery replacements.
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Assist in communicating minor diagnostic findings to the service team, without the direct responsibility to update customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Help ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and safe, under the guidance of more experienced technicians.
- Participate in training sessions
- Engage in training and mentorship to learn technical skills and stay informed about changes in automotive technology.
- Adhere to safety regulations
- Follow all safety protocols and assist with the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug testing to qualify for employment
