We handle the lifecycle of government assets from induction to repair and overhaul, ensuring they are maintained to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. Our work includes managing repair schedules, monitoring turnaround times (RTAT), and addressing any constraints or delays in processing. Additionally, we play a key role in material planning, proposal support, and export compliance, ensuring that all components are tracked through the repair cycle and that proper documentation is maintained. Our team is integral to ensuring Sikorsky's continued excellence in delivering high-quality, reliable products and services to our customers.

    THE WORK

    In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing government property and repair operations. Your daily responsibilities will involve scheduling and tracking repairs, addressing processing constraints, and ensuring all assets meet compliance and documentation standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor turnaround times, resolve delays, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Whether conducting audits, supporting material planning, or providing data for proposals, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and readiness for mission success.     WHO YOU ARE

    You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a solid understanding of FAR and DFAR regulations, particularly related to government property management, repair scheduling, and compliance. You bring experience in tracking components through the repair cycle and are comfortable working with internal teams and external customers to resolve any issues related to repairs, turnaround times, and scheduling. Your expertise extends to export compliance and licensing, and you understand the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Additionally, you have experience in conducting audits, generating reports, and identifying root causes for corrective actions, using tools like ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) to drive process improvements. You are an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, solving problems and ensuring smooth operations.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Experience working in a manufacturing environment

    Experience in Continuous improvement techniques

    Proficient in Microsoft office products

    Experience supporting Sikorsky O&R Manufacturing

    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

    Experience creating standard work.

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
