    Job Summary:

    Principle duties and responsibilities include:

    • Work with external suppliers and internal resources to perform account reconciliation.

    • Monitor and report out on critical material shipments to plant.

    • Serving basic duties of supporting problem solving of key inventory control clerk positions.

    • Use 9 step BPS methodologies to root cause and implement corrective actions for problems related to inventory accuracy, material shortages, and material overflow.

    • Work to reduce line calls by responding within cycle.

    • Develop and maintain process maps and standard work documents related to inventory control.

    • Attend and Support shift MDI board meetings for Receiving, Material Planning, Inventory Accuracy, and Production.

    • Invoicing from suppliers

    • Ensuring correct payment to suppliers along with getting credit back

    • Working with ERP system to manage all invoicing

    • Managing TAP and submitting in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Must have Associates degree or actively in process of obtaining a degree.

    • Must be able to operate independently, and work with professionals from multiple departments and companies.

    • Strong verbal and written analytical, administrative, and communications skills required.

    • Must be able to work extended shifts as needed and have excellent attendance.

    • Must be team player and have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.

    • Ability to adapt to changing systems, demands, and priorities.

    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Willingness to accept challenges and respond aggressively.

    • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software such as Outlook required.

    • Must be able to navigate between multiple computer programs with efficiency.

    • Supply Chain or Operations Excellence experience preferred.

    • Familiarity with Oracle R12 preferred.

    • Willingness to complete APICS CPIM certification within 12 months of start.
